1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options through Shopify at checkout. Estimated transit times depend on the shipping method selected:

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery estimates apply to transit time only and do not include the 1–3 business day order processing window.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more 

3. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Address Changes & Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
